Who we are

The Cincinnati Agile Roundtable is an informal group of software professionals meeting since 2002 to talk and sometimes have a speaker. We strive to become better software developers and share our learning and experience with others.

Above all we understand that software development is an activity done by human beings, not resources. Communication, Coordination, and Respect are vital for successful and profitable projects.

Technologies that have influenced us are Object-Oriented Programming, Extreme Programming, Patterns, Agile Processes like Scrum, the World Wide Web, Java, .NET, Smalltalk, Ruby, Perl, PHP, C/C++. (more eventually: maybe Clojure , Erlang, or Scala).

Visitors are always welcome.
